The last time we saw Heathen Apostles perform live was at The Echo and I took these photos with my Lensbaby composer lens and these film photos with my Rolleiflex camera. That was 2 years ago. Last night was their last show before their European Tour. I love Heathen Apostles. I recorded 2 full songs and a short clip and I uploaded the videos to Vimeo to share with you all.
After the show, we went to the merchandise table to buy a CD, but Chopper had a surprise for me! They had used my live photos from the show at The Echo and printed them in a collage inside their album cover! Yeah! Now I have more photos in or on another CD cover!!! Yeah! Then they all signed my CD and Lee bought me a t-shirt with the new design.

Lee first introduced me to Heathen Apostles at the Cafe Nela show on February 13. He knew I would love them and he is friends with Mather. Well, he was right. I love them! And it turns out we license their music through Rescue Records. Heathen Apostles played an amazing set at Cafe Nela, absolutely amazing. But I was without camera and so I wanted to go see them again at The Echo.

But I was without camera and so I wanted to go see them again at The Echo. It was a shorter set this time but here are the photos! More to come because I have 12 undeveloped frames that I shot on my Rollei. I also had my CD autographed by the band! Yay! Thank you!
